Action

A stabiliser & emulsifier from Soya beans, corn, peanuts & egg-yolk.
Used to reduce the thickness of fats. It consists of a wide complex of fats, essential fatty acids, the B Vitamins Inositol & Choline and the mineral Phosphorus. Required for cell-membrane protection & replacement. Lecithin helps burn up fats and inhibit cholesterol deposits by keeping them moving freely around the body.

Uses

For Weight Management, skin troubles, gall stones (chiefly made of cholesterol), congested liver.

Food Source

Soya beans, corn, peanuts & egg-yolk.
