Action

A member of the Vitamin B group. Occurs in high concentrations in the human brain.
Body Effects: helps prevent accumulation of fatty acids, maintain liver, stomach, spleen, brain & kidney functions.
Lowers serum cholesterol in diabetics.

The body has the ability to synthesise this vitamin via the action of the intestinal flora.
