Action

Is a dietary supplement used to provide hydrochloric acid as an aid to digestion. Production seems to decline with age. Too little hydrochloric acid impairs absorption of foods and minerals and digestion of protein.  Insufficient hydrochloric acid can be due to a lack of * Vitamin E * Vitamin B Complex * protein in the diet It should not be taken by individuals with peptic ulcers.

Uses

Used to maintain a healthy digestive system which determines the rate of breakdown of foods. A more efficient digestive system helps in the body's ability to deal with the foods eaten.
