This is a plant found in the Negev Desert and other salty areas around Israel. Leaves are greeny grey and the entire plant is covered in salt (the Hebrew name means salty plant). The plant is mentioned in the Bible a number of times and considered an very important herb for the Bedouin and some Arabic tribes.
Uses
Used over centuries for digestive disorders, worms, stomach ache, heart problems, diabetes and joint pains.
