Gymnema sylvestre is the full name of this herb.

It is a member of the milkweed family and native to the tropical regions of India.
Nicknamed the "sugar destroyer" - the leaves have been used for more than 2000 years in Ayurvedic medicine to block sweet tastes when chewed.

It is widely used for it's ability to tame desires for 'sweet taste / sweet tooth'.

INGREDIENTS PER: 1 CAPSULE Gymnema sylvestre 300 mg

Take 1 capsule Gymnema sylvestre, 1 to 3 times per day or as required.
