Stay out of the doctors room.

Well the weather outside is changing quickly, and as hard as I attempted to dress appropriately, I finally came down with a nasty cold. You know the ones, headache, stuffy nose, sneezing, drained energy, sinus pains, and blowing and blowing and blowing and blowing. But now I've got a weapon, and I went to it straight away. I quickly upped my intake of the Omega-3 product, Alkyl Transfactor, from 1 to 3 Tablespoons. The next morning I was right and ready to go. Why? Because I cooled the inflammation and I gave my immune system a boost. Tame the inflammation, and the body can do what it's suppose to do - and that's to kick the feet out from under any nasty bugs that don't belong there.

The subject of Omega-3 contains the most valuable information you'll ever hear about pain and diet related diseases and what you can do. Most people I talk to have added Omega-3 fish oil to their diet, but very few of them have added the RIGHT Omega-3 or even know that there is a difference. There is! Not all fish are created equal and only fatty fish contain high EPA DHA that makes a difference. Salmon, sardines, mackerel, anchovies to name a few, not lean fish or cod. And the purification process is critical.

What the world needs to understand that an incredibly large percentage of chronic illnesses have, at the root of the problem, some sort of inflammation. A List of articles concerning Chronic Illness at ScienceDaily.com reveals 97% of the articles contains a reference to inflammations.

With inflammation at the root of the problem, the solution would seem obvious, get rid of the inflammation.

Time magazine stated in it's article ''The Secret Killer'',

''This concept is so intriguing because it suggests a new and possibly much simpler way of warding off disease. Instead of different treatments for, say, heart disease, Alzheimer's and colon cancer, there might be a single, inflammation reducing remedy that would prevent all three.''

That single supplement is Omega-3. The RIGHT Omega-3.

Jack Challem, in his 2003 publication ''Inflammation Syndrome a Red-Hot Topic'' tells us

''Inflammation is intertwined in most, perhaps all, disease processes. Furthermore, many inflammatory diseases are related to each other, even though the medical establishment doesn't see the correlation. If you have arthritis, you see a rheumatologist; if you have gastritis, you consult with a gastroenterologist. Different inflammatory diseases are often manifestations of the same underlying problems, which are related to the body's inability to turn off its inflammatory response. When you connect the dots, you have the inflammation syndrome.''

Cold and Flu can be defined as: Acute viral infection involving the respiratory tract; marked by inflammation of the nasal mucosa, the pharynx, and conjunctiva, and by headache and severe, often generalized, myalgia.

WebMD blames inflammation for many Arthritis illnesses
http://www.webmd.com/osteoarthritis/guide/arthritis-inflammation

About.com charges inflammation with much much more.
http://arthritis.about.com/cs/arthgen/a/inflammation.htm

healthlink states: ''Headaches caused by inflammation include those related to meningitis as well as those resulting from diseases of the sinuses, spine, neck, ears, and teeth.''

Migraines.org further adds: ''During a migraine, inflammation of the tissue surrounding the brain, i.e., neurogenic inflammation, exacerbates the pain. Therefore, medicine often prescribed to treat a headache, such as beta-blockers, dilate the blood vessels and therefore can make a Migraine worse.''

Remove the inflammation, create a stronger Immune System, and you dowse the pain and illness like Water on a Fire.

Even more eye opening . . .

Dr. Greene at Drgreene.org reports

'' . . .They found an unusual type and amount of chronic inflammation in the brains of those with autism. They plausibly suggest that new medicines to reduce this brain inflammation might prove to be powerful new autism treatments.''

nedlife.com adds

''Research shows that ADHD can be successfully addressed with a number of nutritional, environmental and dietary programs that can reduce the immune system overload that may be triggering the digestive and neurological inflammation that causes ADHD.''

. . . neurological inflammation that causes ADHD!

Remove the inflammation, create a stronger Immune System, and you dowse the pain and illness like Water on a Fire.

And to put the lid on this case . . .

The FDA, kicking and screaming, have finally placed their stamp of approval on the Omega-3 Fatty Acids development with the titled release ''FDA Announces Qualified Health Claims for Omega-3 Fatty Acids'', in which it allows non prescription articles to print ''Supportive but not conclusive research shows that consumption of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. One serving of [name of food] provides [x] grams of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids. [See nutrition information for total fat, saturated fat and cholesterol content.]''
FYI, and critical, there are very few good supplement sources of high quality Omega 3, and fewer pure, uncontaminated sources. When you obtain your Omega-3 you should purchase from a manufacturer, not a supplier, retailer or reseller, to ensure the quality is high enough to make a difference. That's the secret to results! If you are taking a capsule put it to the prick taste - if there's odor, unpleasant taste or it results in indigestion, toss it out.

A teaspoon of Alkyl Transfactor (http://seashop.deepseamiracles.com) contains 1000mg of Omega-3 Fatty Acids, 525mg of EPA, and 325mg of DHA. In addition Alkyl Transfactor contains 300mg of Alkoxylglycerol, an immune system regenerator (pdrhealth.com reports Alkoxyglycerols have putative antiproliferative and immunomodulatory activities . Alkyl Transfactor is the only product this author has seen which contains this proprietary synergistic blend of these health changing ingredients.

Furthermore, the Mayo Clinic states

''There is evidence from multiple large-scale population (epidemiologic) studies and randomized controlled trials that intake of recommended amounts of DHA and EPA in the form of dietary fish or fish oil supplements lowers triglycerides, reduces the risk of death, heart attack, dangerous abnormal heart rhythms, and strokes in people with known cardiovascular disease, slows the buildup of atherosclerotic plaques (''hardening of the arteries''), and lowers blood pressure slightly.''

The Mayo Clinic goes on to list some 35 chronic illnesses along with ratings related to the effects an Omega-3 supplement would have on these illnesses. Ratings are;

* A Strong scientific evidence for this use
* B Good scientific evidence for this use
* C Unclear scientific evidence for this use
* D Fair scientific evidence against this use (it may not work)
* F Strong scientific evidence against this use (it likely does not work)

THERE ARE NO F's.

With all of this nailed down, research proved, and verified information targeting the advantages of adding the correct Omega-3 supplement into our daily diets, why don't they offer you a cup of this stuff every time you leave the doctors office? Why are we still serving up these ''make the pharmaceutical industry rich'' prescription drugs that have a list of side effects far longer than the list of illnesses it claims to resolve?

Omega-3 is getting plenty of attention and a good one is a blessing for all. Forget the Apple, have you had your Omega-3 Today??
